Try This First

1 - Make sure you have Planswift open first before you open Excel. See if that fixes any issue.

2 - Restart computer and/or close out of Excel and PlanSwift. Open PlanSwift and then open Excel. See if that fixes the issue.

3 - Are you running the correct version of Excel? In order to use the Excel functions with PlanSwift, you must have Microsoft® Excel® 2003 , 2007, 2010 (32 bit editions only)

For additional information regarding Office 2010 64 bit click here.

4 - Did you install PlanSwift on the user that will be using the PlanSwift and Excel integration? Try re-installing PlanSwift if you need to.

The default Excel Addins folder is under the users AppData folder. (C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns).

5 - Make sure there are no other Excel Add-ins that would be conflicting with the PlanSwift add-ins.
